In 2023 Village Rep was everywhere with performances at Charleston Music Hall, Town of Mt. Pleasant Town Hall, Music Farm, Tradesman Brewing Co., and a full season of premiere productions at Threshold Repertory Theatre. It has been an honor to once again be producing the very best professional music, comedy and drama for the residents and visitors of the lowcountry. We need your help like never before, as we contine to build on this momentum in 2024. There are bigger and better plans on the horizon. Your gift this year will go directly to Village operating costs! It takes a Village to produce quality performing arts in Charleston, and your contribution makes everything possible.

The Village Rep
The Village Repertory Co. is a non profit professional theatre company, producing drama, comedy, and musicals with a special emphasis on the finest plays of the 20th Century. As the theatre company in residence at the Woolfe Street Playhouse, our aim is to bring lesser known classics and new works to life in a unique environment: The Village Rep creates theatre that breaks down the barriers between the performer and the audience. We create for our community, from within our community, working with Charleston's local ensemble of actors and artists.
