An Act of God

April 28th - May 20th

Directed by Keely Enright

After conquering Broadway, the King of the Universe is coming to Charleston for the first time ever! God takes human form in An Act of God, the sinfully funny and critically acclaimed new play direct from Broadway. He’s finally arrived to set the record straight…and He’s not holding back! Don’t miss this hilarious 75-minute comedy written by 13-time Emmy Award winner David Javerbaum (“The Daily Show with Jon Stewart”). Time Out New Yorks says “90 Heavenly Minutes” and the Toronto Star proclaims, “Thou Must See it!” Starring Village Rep ensemble member Brad Leon as GOD. “Sinfully Funny. It’s Jon Stewart funny plus Steven Colbert funny.” -New York Times

We create for our community, from within our community, working with Charleston's local ensemble of actors and artists.
